Concordia Welcomes You
We are thankful for your patience and persistence in faith over these troubling days.
We are a community of believers who have high regard for the Word of God and the Sacraments and so, to be cut off from that resource for a period is truly limiting. The weekly and daily nourishment of God’s Word is the very water of nourishment and spiritual life for us.
In the time of our separation, Pastor Wesolik has turned to our Facebook Page attempting to communicate God’s Word to as many as possible. Being apart is not what we want to continue, still we are constrained by the mandate of our local authority and so we must wait and innovate.
Over the coming weeks ahead we will continue to publish and broadcast over Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/concordiassp
We will offer private communion to those capable of traveling to church during the coming weeks. This must be by appointment and not in large groups to preserve our distances. You can choose this option by calling the church office on Wednesdays to make an appointment for the Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the following week.
Sunday appointments start at 10:15 am with the last appointment at 11:45 am.
Wednesdays and Thursdays will start at 10:00 am with the last appointment at 12:45 pm.
No contact communion well be available in individually wrapped containers.
A wise person trusts the words of the Lord and at the same time the good counsel of our trusted authorities.
We must all turn toward each other with charitable hearts these days as we have done in days past.
Creating a Christ-Centered Community, one family at a time, beginning in South St. Paul and continuing through the world.
Creating a Christ-Centered community gathered together to joyfully worship our God, to grow in faith and knowledge, to love one another, and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
During this time of social distancing, we are not holding services.
